Departure from Entebbe/Kampala & Afternoon Sipi Falls Hike After an early breakfast, your guide will pick you up from your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala. Begin your scenic drive east towards Sipi Falls, nestled on the slopes of Mount Elgon. The journey typically takes approximately 4-6 hours, passing through various towns and rural landscapes. Upon arrival in the Sipi Falls area, check into your chosen lodge or guesthouse and have lunch. In the afternoon, embark on a guided hike to explore one or two of the impressive waterfalls, enjoying the refreshing spray and stunning views of the surrounding Karamoja plains and coffee plantations. Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight. |

Morning Sipi Falls Exploration & Coffee Tour, Return to Entebbe/Kampala After breakfast, continue your exploration of Sipi Falls. You can either hike to the remaining waterfalls (if not covered on Day 1) or, highly recommended, undertake a fascinating guided coffee plantation tour. Learn about the entire process of Arabica coffee, from bean to cup, directly from local farmers, including harvesting, processing, and tasting your own freshly brewed coffee. After the morning's activities and lunch at the lodge, begin your drive back to Entebbe or Kampala. You will be dropped off at your preferred location or Entebbe International Airport in the late afternoon/early evening. |
